Accountabilities:

As a Senior Product Manager - Core Platform, you will lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of foundational platform capabilities. You will work closely with engineering teams, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to define priorities, drive innovation, and ensure the platform meets enterprise-level requirements.

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform capabilities.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Manage feedback from customers, communities, partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Evaluate and prioritize feature requests based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Support engineering teams by ensuring they have clear priorities, well-defined initiatives, and actionable product requirements.
• Continuously assess market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, solutions teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and delivery.
• Drive product practices including customer research, OKRs, backlog management, product design, and go-to-market planning.

Requirements:

We are looking for a technically skilled product leader with experience building and managing complex platform products. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with an understanding of distributed systems, enterprise technology, and customer-driven innovation.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on distributed systems, technical SaaS products, PaaS, or cloud-native platforms.
