Job Summary Identifies new, innovative initiatives for the Collision Multi-Store Operator (MSO) team to help drive existing and new product offerings in the market.
Key Responsibilities
10. Writes excellent user-stories, with thoughtful acceptance criteria, that can be translated into engineering features. Partners with UX team in developing stories that will provide the optimal customer experience based on research and customer feedback/validation. 11. Works closely with the engineering teams to design, schedule, and deliver in an Agile environment.
Education A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in business, marketing technology, product management, or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.
