About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy for Ascentia solutions, translating market needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver high‑quality features on schedule, using Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and measure success metrics.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to align product initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Present product updates, demos, and business cases to executive leadership and key customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a technology or aerospace environment.
- Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to market.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product tools (Jira, Confluence).
