Product Manager
Lead the strategy, development, and launch of client‑facing products and integrations, driving cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless API experiences and scalable SaaS solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for client products and integration platforms, aligning with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver robust, secure APIs and seamless third‑party integrations.
- Prioritize feature backlog using data‑driven insights, customer feedback, and ROI analysis.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross‑functional communication to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or API‑centric environments.
- Proven track record of shipping complex integrations and driving adoption metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and product development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
