Product Manager
Lead the end‑to‑end product strategy for business lending solutions, driving roadmap, cross‑functional execution, and data‑informed enhancements to serve small‑business customers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for business lending offerings, aligning with market needs and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and sales teams to deliver features on time using Agile practices.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and competitive insights to prioritize enhancements and new capabilities.
- Develop business cases, pricing models, and go‑to‑market plans that drive growth and profitability.
- Communicate product decisions and performance metrics to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in financial services, preferably within business or commercial lending.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, regulated products using Agile frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
