Product Manager
Lead AI product strategy, driving end‑to‑end development of intelligent features that enhance grocery delivery and shopper experience, leveraging data, ML models, and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI‑powered features, translating business goals into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to design, prototype, and launch scalable ML models that improve recommendation, routing, and inventory predictions.
- Analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on product features and prioritize enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.
- Champion data‑driven decision making, establishing experiments, A/B tests, and KPI dashboards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on AI or data‑centric products.
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning pipelines, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile frameworks and iterative product development.
