About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Agent Fabric, ensuring alignment with Salesforce’s AI and CRM strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and customer success teams to deliver high‑impact features that enable intelligent agent workflows.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to prioritize initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary advocate for the product, communicating value, progress, and outcomes to executives, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Leverage data and metrics to inform decisions, measure success, and iterate on product features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or AI‑driven platforms, preferably within CRM or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in customer success and agent automation.
- Proven track record of delivering complex products from concept to launch, with measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.
