About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech solutions, aligning with market trends and business goals.
- Lead cross‑functional squads (engineering, design, data, compliance) through Agile Scrum ceremonies to deliver features on time and with high quality.
- Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Leverage data analytics, SQL queries, and Python scripts to measure product performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision‑making.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, compliant user experiences across insurance, payroll, and cybersecurity services.
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes, adjusting product plans to maintain market leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, insurtech, or related financial services.
- Proven track record delivering complex, data‑intensive products using Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL and Python for data extraction and insight generation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
