Achievers is an employee recognition and engagement platform, and our mission is to Change the Way the World Works. We help companies celebrate great work, build stronger cultures, and make sure people feel valued. Every day, our platform powers millions of recognition moments for global, multi-generational workforces.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the product behind our Milestone and Celebration experiences. This is the part of Achievers that recognizes work anniversaries, birthdays, and service milestones, the moments people tend to remember from their time at a company. You’ll work in a product triad with a Product Designer and a Lead Engineer, setting the roadmap and leading the work together. When the product works, a hard-earned anniversary or a quiet milestone gets noticed instead of slipping past. Millions of those moments run through what you would build.

Why you`ll love this role:
- Your work will change how millions of people feel about their jobs. Change the Way the World Works is the mission, and this product is one of the places you can watch it happen.
- You’ll own product strategy for a core part of the platform, reporting to the Digital Product Director who leads our Member Experience portfolio.
- You’ll work in a true product triad with a Product Designer and a Lead Engineer, sharing direction and delivery rather than handing off specs.
- You`ll join a team that values empathy, ownership, and high standards, and gives you room to make decisions that matter.
- You`ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation is encouraged and your voice truly matters.
How you'll shape our Milestone and Celebration experiences:
- Set the roadmap and lead the work alongside your Product Designer and Lead Engineer, across web, mobile, and the channels we integrate with.
- Understand the admins and program owners who run recognition and the employees who receive it, and turn what you learn into clear priorities.
- Improve the automation that spots employee milestones and sends timely, personal celebrations without creating extra work for admins.
- Keep the experience feeling personal and authentic rather than automated and generic.
- Use data, research, and experimentation to guide decisions and measure impact, including participation, recipient response, on-time delivery, and engagement.
- Work with enterprise customers and teams across Achievers to understand their programs, cultural norms, and configuration needs in different regions.
- Make sure celebration experiences work at global scale, with localization, multiple languages, and culturally appropriate recognition across regions.
- Mentor and coach other Product Managers, raising the standard of the work without managing anyone
