ML Engineer
Lead the design and production of high‑performance machine learning accelerator hardware, driving manufacturability, serviceability, and supply‑chain excellence across global manufacturing sites.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and validate hardware designs for machine learning accelerators, ensuring alignment with performance, power, and cost targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into manufacturable PCB layouts and assembly processes.
- Lead design‑for‑manufacturability (DFM) reviews, identifying and mitigating risks early in the product cycle.
- Develop and maintain robust supply‑chain strategies, coordinating with vendors, logistics, and quality teams to meet production schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to optimize yield, reduce defects, and shorten time‑to‑market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering (Master’s/PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in PCB assembly and system integration.
- Proven track record in design for manufacturability, serviceability, and supply‑chain management for complex hardware products.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to balance technical excellence and commercial viability.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
