Lead the design and development of advanced liquid cooling solutions for high‑speed electronic systems, leveraging thermal management, PCB layout, CAD modeling, and FEA to deliver reliable, high‑performance products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and validate liquid cooling architectures for high‑speed interconnect and data‑center components.
- Develop detailed CAD models and thermal simulations using FEA to optimize heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on material selection, manufacturability, and reliability testing.
- Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of thermal performance issues in production units.
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and performance data for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in thermal management or liquid cooling design.
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, Creo) and thermal simulation tools (ANSYS, COMSOL).
- Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and materials science as applied to electronic cooling.
- Experience with PCB layout, high‑speed signal integrity, and manufacturing constraints.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
