Key Responsibilities

- Utilize CAD and 3D modeling tools to create detailed technical drawings and prototypes, iterating designs based on performance testing.

Requirements
- 5+ years of product development experience in the outdoor or apparel industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Gerber, Lectra) and 3D prototyping techniques.
- Strong understanding of material science, performance fabrics, and garment construction.
