About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end‑to‑end employee service experiences, from concept through delivery, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Produce high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using tools such as Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides to promote visual and interaction consistency across products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design processes, interaction design, and visual craftsmanship.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision) and a solid understanding of design systems.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions in cross‑functional teams.
