About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design vision for new credit and debit features, translating business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate rapidly.
- Develop high‑fidelity prototypes and design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver polished, accessible products.
- Advise on visual design, interaction patterns, and information architecture to simplify complex financial concepts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in fintech or related consumer‑facing domains.
- Proven portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design, from research to high‑fidelity deliverables.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for users in cross‑functional teams.
