About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full UX design cycle for media applications, from discovery and user research to high‑fidelity prototypes and hand‑off to engineering.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and translate business goals into intuitive user flows.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and data‑driven iterations to refine interfaces and improve user satisfaction.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑paced media or tech environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered solutions.
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for user needs across cross‑functional teams.
