Product Designer
Lead end‑to‑end product design, crafting intuitive interfaces and engaging user experiences using Figma, Adobe XD, and design systems. Drive research, prototyping, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑quality digital products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from research to high‑fidelity prototypes for web and mobile products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve usability and performance.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of design excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in a product‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other design/prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design solutions and design system implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for user needs in cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with agile development workflows and iterative design processes.
