About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of AI‑first product experiences for complex enterprise personas.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes, interaction flows, and design systems that scale across cloud and on‑premise deployments.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven iterations to refine product usability and accessibility.

Requirements
- 5+ years of senior UX design experience in enterprise software or AI platforms.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex interaction design, design system creation, and AI/ML integration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with data‑driven design decisions and accessibility best practices.
