About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to launch for new features in a high‑stakes, AI‑enabled risk platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex data into intuitive, actionable interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, rigor, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or enterprise software, preferably in risk management or related domains.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, data‑driven products.
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design rationale to cross‑functional teams.
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating closely with engineering and data teams.
