About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from research to high‑fidelity prototypes for new subscription features and product enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web and mobile experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design decisions and iterate quickly.
- Advise cross‑functional teams on best practices in accessibility, performance, and visual consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a high‑growth SaaS or subscription environment.
- Proven expertise in Figma, design systems, and end‑to‑end prototyping.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design, data‑driven iteration, and measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for animal health and a desire to create meaningful, personalized experiences for pet owners.
