About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle for core user workflows in a real‑time AI voice platform.
- Collaborate with founders, engineers, and customers to define product vision and translate it into intuitive, high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate rapidly.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across multiple products and teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or AI‑driven products.
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and advanced prototyping techniques.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design solutions and measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
