About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex digital products for global banking, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across platforms.

- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, creating reusable components and style guidelines that accelerate delivery.

Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex product solutions.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including engineering and data science, to deliver data‑driven products.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions to technical and non‑technical audiences.
