About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design vision and strategy for new and existing features across the Connected Operations™ Cloud.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user‑centric interfaces using Figma and other design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to iterate on prototypes and validate concepts through usability testing.
- Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system that supports scalability across multiple industry verticals.
- Advocate for user needs in cross‑functional meetings, ensuring design decisions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or IoT environments.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design solutions, from research to high‑fidelity mockups.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and design system management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for solving real‑world problems in industrial and infrastructure contexts.
