About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from research to high‑fidelity prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across features and platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate rapidly.
- Advise on best practices for accessibility, performance, and internationalization in a global product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑moving tech environment.
- Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and design system management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design, interaction design, and visual polish.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for users across cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with remote collaboration and asynchronous workflows is a plus.
