About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end product design for the Partnership Enablement Platform, shaping tools used by device manufacturers, telecom operators, and technology partners.
- Define and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across multiple partner‑facing experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with internal and external stakeholders to uncover pain points and validate design concepts.
- Create high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications using Figma and related design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and partner teams to translate business goals into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in B2B or platform environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, interaction design, and design system creation.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to produce HTML/CSS prototypes.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
