Product Designer
Lead end‑to‑end product design for a health‑tech platform, driving user experience, design systems, and research to create intuitive, data‑driven solutions across the Network Pillar.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design process from discovery to launch for Network Pillar features, ensuring a seamless, human‑centered experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals into elegant, scalable design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, creating reusable components and style guidelines in Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform iterative improvements.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user needs and design excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑moving tech or health‑tech environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design, interaction, and visual design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for improving health outcomes through thoughtful, data‑driven design.
