Senior Product Designer - Oneleet

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design vision and strategy for new and existing features, translating business goals into user‑centric solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and security experts to create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate rapidly.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and champion design best practices within cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or security‑focused products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Deep understanding of UX research methods, interaction design principles, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with engineering teams.
