Product Designer
Lead end‑to‑end product design, crafting intuitive interfaces and robust design systems with Figma, while driving user research and prototyping to deliver impactful business solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle for new and existing products, from research to high‑fidelity prototypes and final UI specifications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user‑centric design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or business‑management software.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design projects with measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for user needs in cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with agile development processes and iterative design cycles.
