Senior Product Designer, Logistics - Stord

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end product design for logistics and fulfillment tools, from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.
• Create high‑fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven iterations to validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all logistics platforms.
• Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in logistics, e‑commerce, or high‑volume fulfillment environments.
• Expert proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure, or similar).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design, UI craftsmanship, and design system development.
• Hands‑on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
