About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design vision and strategy for the AI‑powered car ownership platform, translating business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, data science) to prototype, iterate, and ship high‑quality UI components and flows.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across web, mobile, and emerging product touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover pain points and validate design decisions.
- Advise on AI integration, ensuring that machine‑learning features are presented in a clear, trustworthy, and engaging manner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in consumer tech or automotive services.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design projects with measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
