About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, documentation, and evolution of a comprehensive design system that supports multiple product teams.
- Design high‑fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate user insights into intuitive design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve components and patterns.
- Establish best practices for design hand‑off, component usage, and design‑to‑code workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing design system work.
- Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools) and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement design specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for design decisions across stakeholders.
