Product Designer
Lead end‑to‑end product design for a PLG SaaS platform, driving user experience, design systems, and rapid prototyping to accelerate growth and customer satisfaction.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to launch for new PLG features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes, UI mockups, and design system components in Figma, maintaining consistency across the product.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to iterate quickly and deliver high‑quality releases.
- Advocate for user‑centric design practices and mentor junior designers on best practices and design thinking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or PLG environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design solutions and measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced setting.
- Experience with data‑driven design and A/B testing is a plus.
