About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of new features and flows that empower fundraiser organizers and donors, ensuring intuitive, accessible experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate business goals into user‑centered design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, creating reusable components and style guidelines in Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate rapidly.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles across all product touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in a high‑growth tech or nonprofit environment.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating complex, user‑centric design solutions and measurable impact.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system management.
- Strong communication skills, able to present concepts to stakeholders and mentor junior designers.
- Passion for social impact and a deep understanding of the fundraising ecosystem.
