Product Designer
Lead the end‑to‑end design of innovative mobility products, shaping user experiences with data‑driven insights, design systems, and rapid prototyping using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product design lifecycle—from research and concepting to high‑fidelity UI and hand‑off—for web and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals and AI‑driven insights into intuitive user flows.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures visual consistency and accelerates delivery across cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and iterate quickly.
- Mentor junior designers, champion design thinking practices, and advocate for a user‑centric culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in mobility, SaaS, or consumer tech.
- Expert proficiency with Figma (or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite; strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create and evolve design systems and component libraries.
- Solid foundation in user research methods, usability testing, and data‑informed design iteration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
