Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong focus on design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience building component libraries and design tokens.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience with design research, usability testing, and data‑driven design decisions.
