About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle for SaaS products, from user research and personas to wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Advocate for user‑centered design principles, conducting usability tests and iterating based on data and feedback.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience building and scaling design systems that drive product consistency.
