Senior Product Designer - bunch

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle from research to high‑fidelity prototypes for a SaaS platform that automates administrative tasks.
• Translate complex user needs into intuitive interfaces, ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define feature scope, validate concepts, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system, component library, and style guide to accelerate delivery and ensure visual coherence.
• Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews to surface insights and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or AI‑driven products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Deep understanding of UX research methods, interaction design principles, and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user‑centric solutions.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams and a willingness to take ownership of end‑to‑end design outcomes.
