Product Designer
Lead end‑to‑end product design, crafting intuitive interfaces and robust design systems for a leading business‑management platform, driving user experience excellence across web and mobile.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design vision for new and existing product features, translating business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design patterns.
- Experience building and scaling design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design rationale to cross‑functional teams.
