About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new and existing digital app features from concept through launch, ensuring a seamless, user‑centric experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into elegant design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, creating reusable components and style guidelines that scale across platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on prototypes.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in a fast‑moving tech environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other design/prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work, interaction design, and design system implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with user research methods and data‑driven design decisions.
