About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to high‑fidelity prototypes for voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and AI features.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals into intuitive user flows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven iterations to refine product experience.
- Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system that scales across multiple communication channels.
- Advise on accessibility, performance, and cross‑platform consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or communication platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex, AI‑enabled user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Passion for creating seamless, human‑centered interactions across voice and messaging.
