About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end design of AI‑native features, translating business goals into intuitive user flows and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights that shape product strategy.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries that ensure consistency across AI and non‑AI experiences.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, engineering, data science—to iterate quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Present vision, research findings, and design solutions to stakeholders using compelling storytelling techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in AI or emerging technology spaces.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design, research, and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with design systems, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
