Lead end‑to‑end product design for a consumer finance app, driving user experience, visual design, and design system consistency while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to create transparent, trust‑building payment solutions.

The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team plays a pivotal role in Affirm ’s mission to build direct, lasting relationships with our customers. Our App and Card experiences empower people with modern, transparent ways to pay and manage their finances—building trust and confidence along the way.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll partner closely with a cross-functional team to shape end-to-end experiences, deliver high-quality outcomes, and evolve how people interact with their money.
What You'll Do
Own complex flows and ambiguous problem spaces, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and design direction.
Partner closely with product, engineering, and data to make informed trade-offs and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.
Balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions while contributing to a cohesive product experience.
Use research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
Contribute to design systems and patterns, strengthening consistency and scalability across your area.
Facilitate alignment and decision-making, ensuring teams move forward with clarity.
Support and mentor other designers, helping raise the quality of work across the team.
