Product Designer
Lead end‑to‑end product design, crafting intuitive interfaces and engaging experiences using Figma, interaction design principles, and rigorous user research to drive product strategy and innovation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to hand‑off, translating business goals into user‑centric solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define feature scope and validate concepts through rapid prototyping.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, implementing WCAG standards in all deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing complex interaction flows and visual design.
- Deep understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and data‑driven design.
- Experience building and scaling design systems across multiple products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
