Product Designer
Lead end‑to‑end product design for an AI‑powered healthcare platform, crafting intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and building scalable design systems to improve clinical documentation workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to high‑fidelity prototypes for real‑time clinical note generation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex AI outputs into user‑friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations with clinicians to surface pain points and validate design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that supports rapid iteration across web and mobile experiences.
- Advocate for inclusive, accessible design practices that meet healthcare regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑moving tech environment, preferably in healthcare or medical software.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work.
- Deep understanding of user research methods and ability to translate findings into actionable design decisions.
- Experience designing for complex data visualization and AI‑driven workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
