Lead data science initiatives to drive product decisions, building scalable ML models and experiments that shape the user experience on a fast‑growing fashion marketplace.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end data science lifecycle for product features, from hypothesis to deployment and monitoring.
- Design and run rigorous A/B tests to quantify impact of UI/UX changes and recommendation algorithms.
- Build and maintain production‑grade ML pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud data services.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business goals into data‑driven experiments.
- Communicate findings through dashboards and visualizations, enabling non‑technical stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in a consumer tech or marketplace environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Proven track record of designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests at scale.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and model deployment best practices.
- Excellent storytelling ability, with experience presenting complex insights to cross‑functional teams.
