About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex statistical analyses to uncover product insights and inform roadmap decisions.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and models using Python, R, and SQL to support experimentation and feature evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
- Mentor junior analysts, fostering best practices in data quality, reproducibility, and documentation.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders, translating technical results into clear, business‑impact narratives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience driving product decisions through data insights and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
