About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for software engineering, product management, AI/ML, and related technical functions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring timelines.
- Utilize ATS and analytics tools to track pipeline health, improve time‑to‑fill, and provide data‑driven insights.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical talent acquisition, preferably within product and engineering domains.
- Proven success hiring for software development, product management, and AI/ML positions.
- Strong expertise with ATS platforms, Boolean search, and modern sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Data‑oriented mindset with experience leveraging metrics to optimize recruiting processes.
