About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process integration for the OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX‑1), ensuring seamless co‑design of logic, data movement, optics, and interconnect.
- Collaborate with ASIC, packaging, and optical teams to define and validate process flows, yield metrics, and performance targets.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, design rules, and integration guidelines for cross‑functional teams.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions to meet schedule and quality objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new materials, technologies, and manufacturing techniques to enhance yield and reduce cost.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration, with a strong background in ASIC and packaging co‑design.
- Proficiency in optical interconnects, high‑speed data movement, and advanced packaging technologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a track record of delivering complex integration projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field preferred.
