Systems Engineer
Lead complex process optimization and system modification projects across manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital‑project environments, applying advanced engineering principles to improve performance, quality, and regulatory alignment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate major system modifications and process improvements across manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital‑project settings.
- Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of operational issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
- Develop and execute experiments, collect and analyze data, and present technical findings to cross‑functional teams.
- Coordinate with quality, regulatory, and operations stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, driving initiatives from concept through implementation.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Chemical, Process, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience leading process optimization and system engineering projects in a biopharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate regulatory requirements and quality systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
