About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support financial reporting and analytics across payer and provider ecosystems.
- Build interactive Tableau dashboards that visualize key performance indicators, enabling stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions.
- Apply machine learning techniques to predict cost trends, identify fraud patterns, and optimize reimbursement processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by mapping current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending technology‑enabled solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within the healthcare or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong Tableau skills with a portfolio of published dashboards.
- Experience with machine learning model development and deployment in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
