QA Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end New Product Introduction testing for semiconductor products, driving test strategy, automation, and execution across hardware and embedded systems using advanced test tools and methodologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive test plans for new semiconductor products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality metrics.
- Lead the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks, integrating hardware-in-the-loop and software simulation environments.
- Collaborate with design, verification, and manufacturing teams to identify risks, resolve defects, and optimize test coverage.
- Mentor and coach junior test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Drive process improvements, tooling upgrades, and best‑practice adoption across the testing organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in test engineering for semiconductor or embedded systems.
- Proven expertise in test automation, hardware test equipment, and test management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex test challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and continuous integration pipelines is a plus.
